Event Description: Join us for a guided tour of Wilson Station. Wilson Station is a Public-Private Partnership (P3) between the City of Boise, CCDC, and the Pacific Companies. The project consists of 102 affordable housing units, on-site daycare (permitted as future retail), and includes immediate access to the bike paths, bus stops, and nearby schools. There are also shared amenity spaces including laundry, fitness, playground, and community garden. The Architect is GGLO and the General Contractor is Andersen Construction.
